I did some serious driving through deep puddles this weekend and not only got water through my firewall onto my feet, due to all the wires I got runnin through there, but in my right headlight as well. Its not like there is water moving around but just lots of condensation and sometimes it really fogs it up. I tried taking out the bulb and blow drying it, but that didnt help. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Make sure when you replace that rear rubber seal that you press around all the edges until it snaps into place. If you're still getting condensation problems, then you might have a probelm with the glue holding the assembly together.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
I'm in the same situation now, as I discovered this morning... Drove home the other day during quite a rainstorm, ended up driving through several areas where there was a bunch of water standing. Plus, we've received plenty of rain over the last couple of days. The left light is fine, but the right has condensation at the very back of the light near the amber reflector, around where the light meets the fender. On that headlight, a rock or something struck it some time ago, left a small "crack" in the lens. The lens itself still feels smooth. Not sure if water finally made its way through there (never has before) or if the condensation was just due to the insane amount of water I encountered recently. If it doesn't clear up in a few days, I will probably take the light out and check the seal around it. I had some fogging issues with my Malibu's headlights, I simply took them off, blow-dried them out, removed the seal, and put some silicon around the seam. Slapped the seal back on and didn't have any problems after that.Pretty crazy seeing how many have had these lights survive accidents without a scratch, yet a rock did some pretty good damage to mine. doh! Oh well, I guess that'll give me a good excuse to spend money on the 2005's chrome headlights, if I can't get the moisture to stop entering the light.
