Let's see... I haven;t been in an accident in 7 years and never been found at fault in the 3 accidents in 20 years of driving; no speeding tickets (well, there may have been a few that were *ahem* overlooked); a few parking tickets; and no other miscellaneous claims. But, I live in New Orleans, land of the uninsured and "you mean those blinking lights are for turning and lane changes?", therefore I presently pay $620 every 6 months for my VW Golf; and for the new Vibe, $825 every six months. And that's with State Farm.hjwii

$316 for 6 mo. in Ohio - 500M liab and Uninsured; $500 ded collision, $50 ded comp. & some replacement car rental coverage I really don't need. Pleasure car only, zero miles to work since I work at home. 2 car discount. No at fault accidents or tickets in perhaps 40 years - damn lucky. However, on a cost per mile driven basis i am paying a lot as only drive this car about 7,000 miles a year.

mine is about 150 a month with progressive for both my vibe and grand am. No violations on record and am married. I have my vibe listed as a "pleasure" vehicle, so it is "cheaper." Cheaper by about 30 a month than my Cobra.BTW, my motorcycle is 18 a month, also with progressive.

No violations, 23. In NJ with Allstate, it was $1,016 every 6 mos. In GA with Gieco, it's $867 every 6 mos. That's with the state minimums. If I had stayed with Allstate in GA, it'd be around $1,300 because the minimum coverages differ by a lot..Getting married in september, we'll see what happens then.

USAA- 360/6 mo. for the Vibe plus 100 for 91 mazda. Clean record GMAC ins wanted to raise my rates when I became divorced. I guess that was going to make me a crazy driver! I cancelled them The Vibe is cheap because I drive a co. truck home and the car sits in the garage.

This morning's newpaper had an article about auto insurance premiums in Ohio dropping by 0.4% while nationwide they are up 3.5%. Average Ohio was $664, nationally $871. Unfortunately these articles tell you almost nothing useful as Cleveland rates are going to be far more than Centervile, and the amount of liability and uninsured motorist coverage can range from 20,000 to 500,000.

I pay about $800 per year for my vibe gt (full coverage) in NJ with New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company. My driving record is clean (no tickets, accidents). Only one incident with a deer.

26/male/single, State Farm customer. $86/month for full coverage, $500 collision deductible. I also have renter's insurance through them, with that and the $3.00 "service charge" to bill me monthly, it comes to $102 all together.
