Re: New member! (meltdownmonk)

I have a 2008 Vibe so I can answer some of your questions. I have a silver box under the driver's seat which is the 120V inverter. I have nothing under the passenger seat so I can't answer to that. The standard factory stereo unit is adequate but is prone to failures as it ages I've read so I replac...

Strange Letter from Local Dealer

Has anyone ever received a letter like this? Got this in the mail this week. Although this dealer was a Pontiac dealer in 2008, we purchased the Vibe from a dealer in the next county for about $3000 less than this dealer was offering at the time. Although my Vibe is in very good condition (19,700 mi...

Re: Rear Door Weatherstrip - Advice Needed (esjones)

If you'd rather try the Toyota parts route, Toyotapartscenter.net has it listed at $43.12 plus $9.95 shipping for a 2003 Matrix.

The 03-08 bodies look identical. Go to http://www.car-part.com/index.htm Doing a search for an 06 door gives results from 03 through 08.

Part Number Needed

What is the GM or (preferably) Toyota part number for the 4 10 mm screws that hold the radio unit in? I've found out the hard way that it isn't Toyota part # 90159-A0010 which are too big. It's for an '08 Vibe.
