Re: (mando7744)

Be careful, cause I've tried dozens of times and it never stays! It's actually plastic and I can't figure out where it tucks into. It's really annoying!

Re: B Pillar Issue (J_TO_ENVY)

If you're referring to where the hole on the top is, nope, there's a section that fits in there just for alignment.

Re: B Pillar Issue (keithvibe)

I do now, but I can't get the stupid file to attach. I'll post it once I figure out what I'm doing wrong here.

B Pillar Issue

I bought my 06 Base when it was less than a year old. Since the day I took it home the B Pillar (I think) which is where the driver's seat belt fastens has not been attached on one side. I've tried over and over again to get it to stick, so:Does anyone know exactly how to re-attach the lower half of...

Re: Wheel Paint (carbonwidow)

I just did wheel 1 of 4 and I can't believe how nice it looks! They sanded really easily, wiped down good, and painted up matte black absolutely beautifully. The hardest part was taping around the tire and valve stem (yep, I did it with the tire on), but I got every millimeter of exposed metal prime...

Did you notice an increase in economy, idle, or response? Basically, is it worth doing? I can do it, just want to know if I should waste my time. Thanks!

Fuel Filter

Alright all, I feel like an idiot, but no-where in the owner's manual does it mention the fuel filter. My Vibe (which is an 06 and I've had for since Feb 07) has 50K on it and I was wondering when to replace the filter. Does it even have one?! That feels like a stupid question, but it's WAY too cold...

Re: (joatmon)

Ya, I do about 35 mpg with roughly a 70% 'city' drive routine. However, I live in the country, so everything's 55 with very few stops, but no highways. I almost hit 40 mpg on one trip, but I was on dead flat ground on a 70 degree day, no breeze, doing 60 m/h in the middle of Ohio. I've never done th...

Re: Fog Lamp Replacement? (keithvibe)

I actually replaced my driver side without taking the bumper off. It was VERY tricky, but doable. I'm of the mind if I can avoid taking something off I do. Less to break/lose/have rattle later.
