Northeast Celica, RSX, Matrix/Vibe, WRX Meet: 4/27

There's a fairly big meet being planned in NJ to include Celicas, RSXs, Matrices/Vibes and WRXs on April 27th. Should be pretty interesting. I may try to make it, but can't be certain. You should come out and represent!More information: http://www.matrixvibe.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=155 http://www...

Re: Your first mod should be a CAI or Short Ram (vibedriver)

I agree that an intake (particularly a CAI) should be the first modification anyone makes in improving the performance of the car, (though it can become redundant with forced inducation). You can expect modest gains of around 5hp or so at the wheels with an intake system. Re: Where is the Vibe built? (Fformula88)

By the government's definition they are domestic products, as the Vibe and Matrix exceed the 75% US- or Canada-sourced parts content required to classify a car as a domestic product. Re: New members... come on and introducce yourself! (vibedriver)

I'm Antony, owner of a 2000 Toyota Celica GT. I live in Boston, MA for most of the year. I came to this site with interest in the Vibe/Matrix, particularly because of their use of the Toyota ZZ-series, as used on the Celica. There's a lot of hype in the Celica crowd about the alleged release of a TR...

Re: Supercharger possibilities! (Fformula88)

First I'd like to give mention to the great work that has been done on this site. Keep up the good work!I don't drive a Vibe or a Matrix; I drive a 2000 Celica GT, but I thought I may have some useful information to share with you. As for forced induction, we Celica owners are also quite limited in ...
