Did you ever find out what the problem was? I am having the same problem with my vibe. I just ordered a DRL Module online but it hasn't come in yet. Just wanted to know if I should be looking at something else if this didn't fix your problem.

Well today I fixed the problem! me & my Dad took the door panel off.. saw the problem (the blocker was hitting the window) and we grinded a little bit off.. 10 mins later everything was assembled and no more snapping! an easy fix that I would recommend that anyone can do with a basic grinder..ju...
