Rear end squeak

Very pronounced squeak when you rock the rear bumper up and down. Also heard less dramatically when entering or exiting vehicle. Seems to be coming from passenger side. Help

Re: Side air bags (ragingfish)

So are you saying all this has to be done just to remove the seat to have the fabric replaced? Also I am considering using sheep skin covers but am unsure whether or not they would interfere with the side air bag deployment since I am not sure where they are in the seatThanks for your responses

Where are the side air bags located? Doors? Seats? Also if you have not seen my other thread I am looking for graphite seat fabric to replace the first panel on the drivers seat damaged with a burn in the first middle panel of the drivers seat. Thanks for any response

I went almost a year without smoking in my vibe. Recently I started cheating with the windows down. I flicked ashes out the window and snubbed it bare handed and then put the (removed) in the garbage upon arrival. However today I looked down, and to my dismay I saw that a hole had been burnt in my s...

At a long red light or busy intersection do you shift into neutral or just hold the clutch in and stay in first? I use neutral in most cases.

My vibe has just shy of 8,000 miles after almost a year. This was after having a wonderful record breaking summer and mostly driving my 91 Chrysler Le baron convertible most of the summer here in the Seattle area. Convertibles rule over any sunroof!!

I am with Meathead on this one. Right after I bought my Gt, I helped my Mom pick out a new car. We ended up with a new Grand Prix GTP.Mom hits 80 in February. She traded in a Sedan De Ville with Northstar. Smooth ride. Prior to that she had a Pontiac SSEI. She likes some major torque of the line.

If you can take the time, my opinion is to factory order. This way you can get exactly what you want, and also it is the only way to really compare prices between dealers since your are actually comparing the exact same car.

Wow a lot of disparity between prices for buyers. I factory ordered mine with all options minus navigation and 17" wheels because of moons and tunes. I offered $100 over invoice with 0 down and 0 interest for 60 months. Total was $21,300 plus tax and license in Oct. 02. Payments are $396

When folding the rear seats flat these need to be removed. A nice touch would be the option of being able to mount them on the driver and passenger seatbacks when the rear is folded flat.

I feel they designed this too small. Whould be a lot better if it covered the whole top of the bumper and maybe also extended down vertically.

Someone backed into my rear bumper. Of course no note or omission of guilt. No paint damage, however there is an impression in the shape of part of a license plate frame. I ended up buying soft cases for my drums so the vibe interior would not get banged up. Now I just leave the rear seat up since stuff was sliding around on the rear plastic. I do have the rear cargo mat. Works well for me. By the way anyone have any vintage drum gear for sale? I am always interested...
