RADIO UPGRADE RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE

I have the base radio in my '07. I'd like to upgrade it so I have an AM/FM, CD, MP3, and USB. I also need a rear Aux In for my Sirius. Is there a viable option? Also, I've read in the forums that messing with a radio can do strange things to airbags, tone alerts, etc. Should this be a concern? Thanks.

Aftermarket Radio

Hi. I bought a '07 about a week ago. I love it and am having fun personalizing it. I want to hardwire my satellite radio and am wondering if anyone knows about an aftermarket radio, that will fit into the panel molding, that has a side or rear mounted aux-in.
