I know that many members have discussed removing the "Vibe" badges on the rear hatch and the doors for a cleaner look.Some GT owners just left the GT emblem only.My question....would it be ethical to just remove the GT emblems to make a GT look like a base vibe from the outside?

Depending on the amount of Vibe sales a specific Pontiac dealership makes.....The more Vibes they sell...the more allocation and "earlier" orders they can make.Your dealership was not slacking.Priority basically goes to those who sell the most.

I'm not sure if many of you are in California....but it is against the law (in Cali) for dealerships to add their dealership decals on your vehicle. The frame plate are fine...since they can be replaced by the owner

bellwilliam,Since your location is in the Western Region US...they have been advertising that there is a $3000 rebate for Pontiac in general except for the Vibe. The Vibe is the only vehicle in the Pontiac Family that has a lessor rebate. 0% financing is avaiable.....which is worth it!

Hopefully the current incentives should help sales a bit. I know for the Western region...the rebate is $2000 for the Vibe only...and the rest of Pontiac has $3000. I spoke to a vehicle shipping transporter guy last week...and he said that there are more Vibes sitting in the lots of dealerships...th...

In regards to the folding outside rearview mirrors. As we all may know......space is very limited over there (Japan)....and the majority of all their garages are very narrow. Thus the need for folding mirrors. I wonder if they are power folding. Hmmm.... I wish they were available here too!

Some people have told me that it looks like a miniature Pontiac Aztek from the front. If they wanna see ugly...look at the Aztek. It's a bit annoying when people start comparing it to it's older brother.

the pinstripe can be removed.....(unless it's painted on). A heat gun will remove the stripe with no problems. I'd recommend taking it to a body shop if you want it professionally removed. I know for a fact that the pinstriping did not come from the factory. Usually the dealership pays a guy to put ...
