I found a Pontiac Tech at a local dealer and he hooked up his scan tool and we found that the radio had no options to enable the port on back, so this radio apparently doesn't support this function. I plan to either get a different radio or use an inline rf modulator for this radio.

The yellow black wire is connected to a constant power 12v. There are no dip switches on my unit. I am going to check with another Pontiac dealer about enabling th port. I will let you know how it works.

I recently Installed a PXGM24 on my 2007 base vibe. I Have no external CD changer or XM. I just needed to connect my MP3 player.
