It is an actual metal cigar lighter. When i push in the cigar lighter into the socket, it goes in, but when i pull it out, the whole thing comes out and the cigar lighter is not hot enough (no power to make it hot)

The Cigar Lighter in my Vibe 03 looks very flimsy - rotates and comes out easily (is this the way it is for all vibes?). I plugged in my mobile car charger, but it doesn't seem to work. Steering Shakes at High Speed ?!

I have a Vibe 03 2WD. When i go in highway speeds (above 60), the steering shakes (wobbles) - what could be the reason? I would like it to be pretty smooth without shaking at high speeds. What should i do to stop the shaking? Thanks.
