Ok I just fixed it. It was a blown 10Amp fuse under the steering column. The cover said its for 'Gauge'. Everything in the car works now. I'm not sure why that fuse broke so many things, but now it's fixed. Yay.

Hello, joatmon, I took out the blue 100 Amp fuse thats in the fuse box under the hood. What a pain that was. And the fuse is good. It reads 0.0 ohms on my multimeter. Any more ideas? Thanks!
