Thanks for the replies. I never thought to try bending the doorframe. I have checked the weather stripping and it looks okay. I think I'll have the dealership take a good look at it next time I bring it in for an oil change and see what they can do.

When driving my '03 Vibe in a strong crosswind, there is a LOT of wind noise coming from the driver side door. How weak is the AWD drivetrain? That's kinda disappointing to hear considering the horsepower/torque of the standard 1.8L engine. I was able to use the full $1300 of my GM MasterCard rebate money when I bought my Vibe about two and a half weeks ago. The dealer didn't say a thing about there being a limit. Maybe I got lucky and got past the restriction.
