Thanks Thomas. Fingers crossed that I can find one in the same color as yours! Turns out the hatch is beyond repair so both glass and hatch are needed!

Wanted Blue Rear Hatch and/or Glass 03-08 Van BC, WA or OR

Hit and run last night on our rear hatch and glass. Anyone have rear glass or a full blue hatch and glass they are willing to part with in BC or the Pacific North West?

Might also consider buying a vibe with low mileage as our 03 GT is getting up there.

Thanks

Re: Battery drain 72 hours, altenator/battery tested and goo

Thanks everybody, especially Dave P. Taking it to an electrical specialist was a costly mistake as he only confirmed what Dave posted. The solution other then installing/buying a new computer was to install a fuse switch which runs to the dash and is now an extra security measure. Probably cost you ...

Re: Battery drain 72 hours, altenator/battery tested and goo

We replaced the terminals and the battery is less then three months old. It turns out when we pull the EFI 15A Fuse the drain goes away. You can also hear several relays switch off when you pull the fuse. Any idea what I should disconnect next, I did try switching out the EFI relay in the fuse box a...

Clutch housing chunk n chunk noise when braking

2003 Vibe GT 6 speed. When breaking at slow speeds we hear a rotating sound coming from the front end. New brakes and we removed the wheels inspected them and they look great, ran the engine up in gear and braked(with wheels removed) and the sound was not apparent. Turned the engine off and turned t...

Battery drain 72 hours, altenator/battery tested and good, any ideas?

2003 Vibe GT, no accessories and the battery drains in about 72 hours. Let it sit from Christmas eve and tried to start it boxing day and no dice. Been doing it about a month, resulting in 4 jump starts. The battery was tested using a Snapon battery tester. There is a small "click" sound th...

Re: WTB: Canadian 2003 GT Cold Air Intake, Haynes Repair Manual FS: Roof rack cross bars (Daren)

Thanks Daren, If you look at the regular Vibe there are two K&N cold air intakes that fit. Only one of the two intakes fit the GT the 69-8601TR. With AEM the website I went to showed two different CAI for the Vibe, with the GT getting the 21-466.

Re: WTB: Canadian 2003 GT Cold Air Intake, Haynes Repair Manual FS: Roof rack cross bars (Daren)

Hi Daren, From the K&N website they have different models for the two engines so I'd like the one that fits the GT/XRS. Thanks for the offer.

Re: (beemerphile1)

It does not save gas it just gives you feedback on how to modify your driving behaviour by showing your current and average MPG. Basically you can save money by keeping your rpm's near 2-2,500 rpm and save the $150! It is also allows you to check and reset your Check Engine Light which go off pretty...

Canadian Tire has the ScanguageII for $150 plus scratch for $20 off

Finally a good deal for a Scanguage in Canada. No shipping, picked one up this morning. Not only can you clear engine codes, it gives you mileage so you can save a few bucks and if you are in to putting the pedal down you can measure HP. Check your local newspaper for the coupon to scratch to get $2...

Re: Increasing rack weight limit ? (Kenn)

I have used the GM OEM rack which is actually the Thule 751xt for the rear rack then purchased a Thule Aero 400 foot pack (new version is the 400xt) and Thule 2119 fit kit for the front. This is the same kit used for the matrix and it even says vibe on the instruction sheet. This way you only have 1...

Thule GM roof racks

I've got the GM (thule) OEM racks that clamp on to the stock bars that run along the roof. Only problem is when I put my bike attachments on you can't lift the rear door. Looking at buying a Thule 400xt foot pack and using one to move the front bar forward and use the original setup for the rear bar...
