I'm thinking of putting basically three speakers, the 8" in the door, a 6.5 in a in the door (building a simple enclosure) and a tweeter to span all the ranges.

I just realized I said subwoofer not just woofer, I already have the subs in the back for that but I was looking to put like a 8" woofer in the door.

You don't think the 8" would be able to produce midrange well enough? It would be set up with the tweeter for full range not low pass only

I recently got a zapco 4.0 and I've decided to use it for my door speakers. I think I've decided to just run the tweeter and subwoofer one to each channel. My thought is possible see what kind of small sub (6" or 8") I could fit into the door for mid ranges, what I'm wondering is has anyon...

yeah it doesn't.... only the 03 - 07 corolla trans will fit..... I ended up finding an 03... the 01 is just different... period... different bolts

lol nice but be careful with that because MA is suppose to be sold only by autherized dealers only.... and if you have any warranty issues it will come to that.... proof of where you bought it, was it professionally installed. if my system dies.... I don't have to many options.... lol but then again...

lol yea but only if you know how to properly tune the crossover lol and while it isn't rocket science.... quite a few people can't figure out how to do it

for what? what fuse do I need to check? is there one for the stereo I don't think, prob is but I know the ignition wire is working because the windows roll down.... the A/C works and the gaudges work so I really don't know but thanks for the idea I will tomorrow when there is light outside

lol well its texas so yea its always hot.... I had the tint for less than a month and the windows stayed up for 3 days after I got the tint but when I rolled down the windows it was night I think

hi I was wondering if this is a common problem..... I got tint done and within like 2 times I rolled down the window it scratched the tint on the drivers side window and the passengers side front windows...... it really sucked on the passengers side it actually scratched a piece off and on the drive...
