i put some 18x8's on my vibe wrapped in a 225/40 kumho ectsta asx. i have had so many compliments on the wheel choice and i love the tire tread. i lowered mine though with tein-s springs. so my ride did change. i and many others thought it was the perfect combo (wheel size and heigth adjustment.)
thanks for your response and math skills. a friend said to me he wouldn't use the synthetic in my car but he would if he had a corvette. he said it was a waste. is there any negative factors to switching to the synthetic?
i let my dad borrow my vibe. i have sport package with tien s springs. my dad ripped the front ground effects off. where can i get a replacement? and can i find in the satallite?
there are both the s and h techs on ebay... says there for matrix... they will work on vibe right? one more question anyone running 18's with these springs and if so do you have any pics?
i was looking into injen cai but i ran across this k&n typhoon and i know k&n has a good reputation. has anyone tried a typhoon? or would it just be worth the extra cash to purchase the cai?
i have been reading a lot and there are very few people with 18" wheels. i have found some that i really like. i am trying to find the best spings for the money and wondering how much of a drop i should go with?
thanks for the reply. i've got the sport package option. when the ex had the car she just about ripped the front end off. i wasn't in the car so i don't know what happened. so far i haven't scrubbed. but for me to drop two inches worries me. what's some advantages of lowering?
i've found some 18" wheels wrapped in 225/40/18's they are 7.5 " anyone with this application and if so what would be the perfect lowering springs? looking for the best for the money...
