Re: I got hit (VGT)

Good news on the reimbursement front. The GM dealership confirmed that I did not abuse the vehicle to cause the failure. (The plate needed to be replaced). They agreed with me that I wasn't at fault and that 30k is premature for the life of a clutch used properly. They still claimed that it's a wear ...

I got hit

My 05 Vibe GT has less than 31k miles and it bit the dust. I start it up one morning and I can't go over 45mph now. I just took it into the dealer where they tell me they can't tell me if it's going to be covered. This isn't my first Standard Transmission, either. I've had a Silverado and an Impreza ...

23k on my 05 GT and it's starting to slip. I don't even drive it that much and I've been referred to as grandma by certain passengers. I hope Pontiac will replace for free... cause there's no damn way I did it. I've been driving manuals since I was 16.

Re: My Vibe is having a terrible month... (ArcsVibe)

I like the fact that you're making them spend their own money to pay for it yet again. That'll teach them (Hopefully) to learn to to the job right the first time.

It's a lease, so I'm keeping it stock. It's all I need, but the car is more than plain. That's how I like things.

New to GenVibe!

I've lurked here since I bought my 05 Vibe GT back in November. It's nice to see a place that's enthusiastic about thsi great little car. Before I had a 98' GMC Sierra Ext Cab and an 02' TrailBlazer LS 4x4. I feared the loss of cargo space, but am pleasantly suprised that I fit 4 adults, 4 golf bags...
