I was told to use a toothpick and build the paint up and then let it drive and buff it or wax it. My car is 4 months old and i have 3 huge chips on the hood from rocks and of course I didn't get the touch-up advice before I did. I'm convinced the paint is also bad on the car.Hope this helps.sp

I have the same thing happening on my black, 2005 vibe. Hand waxing isn't helping. I took it to the dealer and they are going to do a wet sand and buff job. I hope it works, otherwise I'm going to fight them on it. I've only made 4 payments and I have marks all over it.
