I need to replace the starter in my 04 vibe. Is this something that someone with average mechanical abilities can do themselves?

Mine does that as well. It is most pronounced when the car is on an incline. I will have to check out the body mount suggestion.

I noticed the other day after having my tires rotated that the inside edge of my rear tires (now on the front) are beginning to scallop. The tires that were on the front appear to be fine.
