About two months ago the belt tensioner was making noise. Ordered the part and took it to a garage, come to find out the bolt that holds it on was broke and half of it stuck in the engine. A garage bill later, still making the noise. Anyone have any ideas? Should I order a new one?

Don't matter really on the color but my color is silver. Want no dents and no rust.
