Re: Removed Tire - Now have Noise (Sub-Vibe-R)

The lugs weren't tight. The wheel must have been crooked when it came off the jack. Everything was better today! Thanks!

Removed Tire - Now have Noise

My right front tire was removed to install my splash guard yesterday. Now I have a grinding or rubbing noise from that tire at about 20-30mph (most noticible at that speed). Almost like you can hear a certain spot on the brake or wheel rubbing...... It stops when the brake is engaged. Any ideas....

I am so glad to see this thread! I'm so bad at running it til the last drop. My light came on the other day and I had no idea how long I had - especially since the needle started dropping so fast!

Window Tinting Question

Just a quick question: What is the legal window tinting percentage for Illinois and can the passenger/driver windows be tinted or just the rear?

The first time I honked my horn my 12 year old son was in the floor laughing so hard! It's not very intimidating during those "road rage" attacks! :-) I'm interested if there is a change available also!

I have had my Salsa Vibe for 1 week today. We put almost 900 miles on it. (trip to Tennessee for birthdays and Father's Day). We've had between 26 and 32 mpg. I LOVE MY VIBE.The only quirks so far is an occasional skip/stick on the CD player; no power to charge my cell if the key is off; huge blind ...

Need Direction (new vibe questions)

I just wonder if someone could point me to some threads about:CD player - I have moons and tunes and it seems to skip on several CD's that play fine on other players.Outlets - On my previous vehicle I sometimes used my cell p...

Congrats on the Vibe!I just picked up mine on Tuesday, also! I actually look forward to driving to work now! This is a great site. It helped a lot with my decision to purchase a Vibe. I joined up this week and have found some really useful information - such as ordering my mud flaps!

Hi - When I purchased my Vibe last week, I asked the service department to order the mud flaps but he only found a part number for the rear. Are the listed under 2003's?

New Owner - Picking up my Vibe today!

We've been car shopping for a year and started looking into the Vibe a few months ago! Biggest decision was the color - Salsa or Neptune. I'm picking it up this afternoon - they had to bring it in from another dealership. I saw it in the parking lot late yesterday! It's cool!
