Well I took it back to the dealer and they could find nothing wrong so they just reset the computer.

My check engine light came on.My oil is fine I am not overheating mileage is about 14,775 so I am lost.Everything seems to be working fine and I need my vibe over the weekend and cant get to the dealer until later in the weeks so any ideas what this could be or should I even worry about it?

Naw it is only 2 prong.I like you am a little squeamish about hooking up my laptop to the vibe.I am going to do it sooner or later though and the laptop is under warranty....so whats there to lose.

Justin does the laptop work correctly in the vibe.I just bought one myself but it only has two prongs but I bought a surge protector made for laptops at the same time.

The vibe is all the above and then some.It is a station wagon,suv and sports car all in one.I have had a lot of cars in my past and IMO the "vibe" is one of the most versatile cars you can by buy.Tell your wife she can have the best of both world's.

I was looking at new cars one nite and the dealer next door had vibe's sitting on his lot( about 12).It was the first time I had ever seen one the wife and I both liked it I wanted the GT but she needed the auto so we traded in our saturn and bought the vibe that nite this was at the end of july.

I know the engine and tranny are toyota but what if you cracked a windshield could you get it replaced right away?Any other part of the vibe shared with other vehicles like doors and body parts?I know GM does share parts like sunbird and cavalier and even my old saturn shared parts with other GMs.

A lot of cars have plastic bumpers and plastic over a lot of area's of there car,my saturn was almost all plastic and I never had a paint problem.The plastic cladding on the monotone is smoother because they sand it that way otherwise your paint would be rough looking and not match the rest of the c...

A freakin oil filter for the base vibe.That is pure theft and they should beashamed of themselve's.I went to toyota and bought one for 5.95.You would think pontiac would care more than that!

It is just a matter of taste and money.I like my vibe a lot but it is not a porsche and with the with a porsche I still could not hall my dog and family around so the vibe is the winner....but a porsche would be nice.

I am looking for the seat covers that fit like a glove made from water proof material.I have seen them on a few new cars(dealer add ons)and they are cool a bit pricy but worth it.

That is really good news,just dont get yourself in a bind if you cant get out of your lease.The anticipation would be killing me too.If nothing else you can sit in it everynight and tell all the onlookers to get away from your car.

You should have gotten a number on your key ring when you bought your car,just take that number up to the dealership and you can order more key's.The key you had made should have worked .

Vibenorth I believe you do not have a hatch release because you could open it when you are driving and if you had a pet or a small child this could be dangerous.Having one on a trunk is different and does not involve all the peril's of a hatchback.

Or to the young at heart.I have always driven sporty cars 240z, jeep wrangler triumph tr-6 and tr-7 countless mustangs and the latest a vibe.Everybody just has different tastes at whatever age you are.

I have a base vibe with moon&tunes and the pwr group and was just wondering why that light blinks when my car is off and I am out of it?I would look it up in the manual but cant seem to find it.
