Changed the oil and topped off the washer fluid. It was the first time I changed the oil on this car by myself (09 Base w/ 2.4) and I could not believe how easy it was.

so is Mobil 1 5w-20 not recommended for an 09? I have 5qts of it and as i will be change the oil soon but if it is not recommended i will swap it for something different.

Those look slightly different than the ones for the vibe. maybe it is just the photo though. the mounting looks the same but the lens is what is throwing me off

May not be the case with the Vibe, but on my Malibu I would get the same sound when my wheel bearing started to go out. If it keeps up for a while, perhaps you should get it looked at.
