Re: New addition to the Vibe family

Sorry about the zombie post, but I couldn't pass up a picture of this mileage milestone this morning. I was coming up on a rest area when the odometer hit 222,222 and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity for the picture!

Re: TEAM NEPTUNE: Post your Neptune ONLY Vibe Pics h ... (King Neptune)

My 03 has been retired from DD use and given to my son to take to college next month. The snout, hood and windshield are a bit pitted, but after 238k on I-26 for seven years, a little cosmetic distress is expected... I tried to keep it clean under the hood. It's been a good car!

Re: (cptnsolo77)

Thanks - A little over 67k when I bought it. The factory sub is a great improvement over the 03's M & T system!

harman/kardon drive+plus install

I installed one of these iPod controllers in my 03 several years ago, about the time they were being taken off the market. When I "re-vibed" a few weeks ago, I started looking for another one to put in my 05, rather than removing it from my 03. That pleased my son, who really wanted me to ...

Retired my 03

After putting a little over 238k on my Vibe as a daily driver, I have put it out to pasture. My son will be starting college late this summer and I've handed it over to him, with the hope that it will last him through his college career. This Neptune Vibe Base was my first new car (a point that I've ...

Re: Familys with Vibes (BrettZ)

No complaints from the rear seat passengers (14 and 18) after a recent road trip to Atlanta. You should have plenty of room for years - I bought my 03 when they were 7 and 11 years old.

Non-working low beams

Last nite I discovered that my low beam headlights on my 03 are not working - had to drive home wit the driving lights. I checked the DRL fuse, which is OK, checked one of the bulbs, no evidence of it being burned out. I ollked at the headlight relay, but since it's sealed, I couldn't have seen anyt...

New Roady

Life is good. XM finally installed in my Vibe, unlimited music and smiles. My 12-year old is not quite as embarrassed of me as he was. My long commute is now bearable!
