Little hint when installing car seats with only the seat belt - kneel on the base or the seat itself, then tighten the belt with the ratchet on the belt. After that step, attache the tether strap, if applicable. My mother-in-law just had my daughter in her forward-facing seat in her 05 Vibe and ther...

Here in Vancouver, we actually have a program where the Binners as they are called, can go to city hall, get registered (for free) and the city provides a rubber wheeled cart for them to collect their treasures with. It all stems from the number of complaints from area residents about the noise that...

Re: Awsome discovery (Mavrik)

I found the part on http://www.gmpartsdirct.com and it showed the price (in what I will assume is USD) as $65.66 USD plus the shipping charges.

My wife and I are going to visit my in-laws and they just got over a foot of the white stuff. I now get to test out how these cars drive in the snow. Thank god we have winter rims and tires that my service department will put on for me! Anybody have any experiences driving in the snow to share?

Re: Da new guy!!! (silverawd26)

we have other brands too - i only mentioned BBS because they were the first ones that came to mind because I just sold an Escalade with BBS's on it. Not too sure which brand we would go with on the Vibe - that's probably a good topic for my next meeting with the Tire Department, now that they are ba...

Re: Da new guy!!! (canadavibegt)

Mainly what I would do is just wheels and tires (my dealership is the largest independant dealer of Michelin tires and BBS rims), graphics packages, sound systems and exhaust systems. The stuff like intakes, brake upgrades, chips, and some of the other more risky mods, we don't offer those.

I work at Dueck Downtown - which salesman did you buy your car from? Come on by anytime and someone will be glad to show you how the system works. The uber-vibe as we like to call it, is right in the showroom.

Re: The most expensive Vibe I have ever seen!! (Salsa!)

Truth be told, I will probably buy this one at some point for like $100 over total cost, as is one of my perks!!! I know its a lot of money, but the options are pretty much what I would have put on anyways.

Re: The most expensive Vibe I have ever seen!! (Salsa!)

I was playing with it and it was working great in Greater Vancouver area. I don't know how far out it would work though. We've been getting a lot of comments on it in the showroom. I'll get some pics of it and post them here so you can see what it looks like. I think the biggest impact it might have...

what would you say are the most important things a salesman can do to earn your trust (and the sale)? I am still a relatively new salesman and am always looking to make myself more responsive to my customers.
