Here's how to get them off quickly. Don't jack the car yet, loosen the nuts by about a 1/2 centimeter, start the car and roll forward (or back) until you feel it "pop", which usually means moving the car by less than a foot. Now jack the car and remove the wheel. It's as simple as that. Is...

Yes my hazards are now completely disconnected. And I modified the button so when you push it in it doesn't click and stay in the on position so you don't have to press it twice.
