i looking at getting a CAI for my 2003 base vibe what would be the best to get i see a lot of people saying injen and when i looked they all said for gt not base will a gt fit on a base

i have a 2003 base model vibe and i hate my lights i want to get HIDS can i do that without projectors or do i need to fit projectors on my car and if so can i do that myself on do i have to send them to someone if i can do it myself is it had and are there instructions to do it
