Worst Movie You Ever watched

Wow we just got back from the most terrible movie, it was so bad it was almost funny. We are trying to remember seeing one worst than this , but can't. We live in a very small town with a theatre built in 1939, it's a "one plex", so it's a no brainer to pick which movie to see each week. Any way the name of it is Open Water, made by Lions Gate Entertainment (first clue)it's about a couple scuba divers mistakenly left out in the middle of the ocean. We were cheering on the sharks to try to end the madness!Oh well now we have a standard to measure bad movies against. What was the worst movie you ever sat thru?

the first couple that come to mind are Reptilicus and Plan 9 From Outer Space, but I've probably seen worse than those. will have to think about it some more. Here's a good audio clip from Plan 9

I recently dozed through the Yu-Gi-Oh movie with my son who avidly collects the cards & plays the game in local tournaments. My son was thrilled that they gave out a (perhaps rare?) Yu-Gi-Oh card to each patron with a ticket purchase.I'm just not into anime'-styled fantasies about role-playing card games. Basically a 'good versus evil' struggle, except that I couldn't keep track of who was good and who was evil. I suppose if I'd stayed awake throughout, I might have had a different opinion!

I loved that movie, the lame one was the second one. And I guess there is a third coming?I'm going to say Austin Powers in Goldmember was so bad it was almost funny.

I would say Black Mask. It was so bad my friend and I were trying to sneak out of the theatre to see if we could sneak into Star Wars Episode I, but the cinema employees were patrolling the halls to make sure no one did.Of course SW Ep I wasn't too much better either. Also SW Ep II rates up there as one of the worst movies I ever saw too.

Everybody said it was so good and it received good reviews. It may have had good acting, but they forgot the plot. And the Al Pacino character was just anoying..."boo yaa".

Quote, originally posted by ZubenElGenubi » Pay It ForwardAwww, my mom and I really liked that movie! And I can't believe that someone mentioned Resevoir Dogs! I like that one too! The Quentin Tarantino film that I thought really sucked was Pulp Fiction. I hate that movie. The Matrix was one that I've attempted to watch 3 times now, but always fall asleep. But I guess I'm not much into sci-fi flicks. I thought that one sucked big time too, even though it was so popular. But the crown jewel of horrible movies that I've seen has to be Kitchiku (sp?). My one former roommate and I made the mistake of watching that movie despite the warnings not to. I feel that it somehow has warped my mind. We put that movie into the "unmentionable" category. It was some Japanese produced movie that contained just unimaginable acts of violence which I will not dare to describe. The dialogue was all in Japanese and I don't remember if it was even subtitled. Bluuuggghhhh! It still gives me the creeps!

Hey, I wanted to like that movie (Pay It Forward), but I read the book first. For me, it was hard enough having to see Kevin Spacey in a role whose character was originally an African-American (and much more disfigured). But the clincher was that I felt I was being "forced to feel something"...wish I could explain it. I felt manipulated.Or, maybe I was having a bad day!

Trainspotting is a hit or miss movie. I thought it was OK, not as good as it has been made out to be. I can usually pick a bad movie out like a cockroach on a dinner plate, so I usually don't watch them. But probably the worst one I have watched recently was "League of Extrordinary Gentleman." That movie blew. I can usually suspend my disbelief for a movie, but I can only stretch it so far before it breaks, and it broke about 25 minutes into the movie.
