Basically what you do, if I remember correctly is turn the drivers side assembly counterclockwise and pull out.The passenger side foglamp I believe turns clockwise, then pull out.I will confirm this unless someone else does first. Be careful taking the bulb out not to bang it against any part of the fascia and don't touch the bulb.

Do you remember what type of bulb it is?If not, thats ok, i can check tonight.

Here are the bulb numbers.
