Hey folks,Yesterday I was on the lot of the local Toyota Dealer with a friend who was car shopping. I looked at a 2011 Toyota Matrix and noticed it had a stubby short antenna. A quick look over the other 7 on the lot showed the same antenna. I then went into the parts area and inquired and they said the short antenna was standard on all 2009-2011 matrix. The base looks about the same as the Vibe antenna base so I would think this would fit on just right on the Vibe. It looks like the Honda antenna several of you own but has a small antenna base that matched the antenna base on the vibeI did get the part number but cannot find the paper I wrote it in now Also the Suzuki Aerio Antenna will fit perfectlyHope this helps

Yeah, I always assumed the 09+ Matrix antenna was the same as the 09-10 Vibe, but discovered via Matrix Owners that it's actually almost indentical to the 7" Honda one myself and a few other Gen Vibers have. It seems kind of goofy that with everything else that's identical between the two, the antennas would be different . Go figure!
