USA Spec PA20GM for iPod use while keeping the factory radio

Folks,I just bought and installed the USA Spec PA20GM iPod interface in my 2009 Vibe. It works well in the car and is a nice alternative to the front jack. It has two modes. Mode 1 you control everything on the iPod by the factory radio. Mode 2 allows you to control the iPod from the ipod.I wanted the ability to use my iPod without resorting to a billion wires to play and charge the thing. I also wanted to retain the factory radio and the XM. This unit cost me $160 at Crutchfield (but can be found cheaper if you look) It plugs into the XM unit in the cargo hold. It took me 3 hours to remove the panels in the trunk and the floor on the right side taking my time(I did not want to go breaking crap) This works perfectly for the 2009-2010 Vibe with XM however there is one issue you will encounter. On the instructions it says to leave dip switch #2 off if you have a nav radio or on if you have the standard stock radio. This instruction is reversed, you need to turn dip switch # OFF if you have a non nav radio.Pros so farAllows control of the iPod through the radio and charges it thereby allowing you to get rid of the wires cluttering up your consoleCons so farThe instructions suck so you ether have to call the company to get the correct instructionsCheers
