Instrument Cluster Swap?

How hard would it be to swap and retrofit an 08 instrument cluster into an 09?I know this wouldn't be a direct fit and the process would require some inventive mounting, but what would be involved in the electronic end of the project? Would I be rewiring the entire thing or just matching a few connectors?I would mainly want this done because I like the 08 style better than what I have now. If the swap would be too much of a pita, ill look into some custom faceplate options.

Could be simply a PNP thing..Could be a complete nightmare.. Maybe you get to be the first to find out.. cause I doubt anyone else has done it...

My guess is that it might PNP, but will it fit properly?

They do some amazing things with gauges .
