Clicking when the car first starts when braking while in reverse and turning the wheel. (removed)?

There is a weird sound that happens about 80% of the time. Here's what to do to recreate the issue1. Turn the car on2. Reverse out of your parking spot, turning the wheel to position yourself towards exit3. Press the brake to slow down your idle reverse while still turning the wheel before you shift into Drive4. Hear "click-click, sometimes "clink-chunk", sometimes "chu-chunk"Most of the time this happens in reverse, but sometimes happens while I pull forwards out of a parking spot too. I only hear it when pulling out of parking sports, so it only happens in the first turn the car makes after being off for some period of time.Has anyone else heard this?

and that would be what? more importantly, if i take the car into a GM dealership for warranty service, will they know what i'm talking about and fix it for free?

I'm not sure if the CV joints are covered by warranty or not.

I don't think CV, I think it's the same clunk most of us have when driving in reverse then going fwd:http://forums.genvibe.com/zero...61357I've pretty much figured it's just a normal sound it does....

Headcold, the CV joints are part of the drive axles that run from the transmission to the front wheels...
