It's about time one of those rich raunchy whores got a slap on the wrist. I HATE celebrities so this is wonderful news to me They should make her be a waitress at some resturaunt for a year and actually earn money the hard way like everyone else instead of being born into it and acting like an idiot.

Yep, that's hot alright. Enjoy your time in the slammer, Paris. Too bad you'll be leaving there in 45 days. In a perfect world, over at the prison they'd lose the keys to the cell. Oops, looks like you're staying here, you skank! P

She'll make money of it just like hypocrite Martha Stewart did.

It's been appealed. So that possibility of not going at all still exists.I hope she ends up having to go and goes crazy w/o her cell phone.I hope they give her work and make her serve food to others and scrub toilets.

I'd like her to serve the time only because she did the crime. I don't think she or anyone else should have any special privileges.

I hope she gets shanked while she's in there....maybe even in the face, that way I wont have to see it all over every magizine in my store every month. It'll have a nice big gash across it....but who knows, maybe that'll be the cool new fad...everyone will wanna be like the new "hard time" Paris Hilton and give themselves a scar on their face.

From what I have heard elsewhere, most people of her status usually get to choose where they go. The judge say no way and is making her go to county. But you know she is going to get beat up at least once. Money will only get you so far in life, then it will get you no where.

I understand this last incident was brought about by a cop stopping her for driving after dark without the headlights being on. Well duh, can't she afford a car, like the Vibe, that has automatic headlights?

Some times those European POS's don't offer anything in the way of convenience options or high end technology. Another article I pulled off the net. http://tv.msn.com/tv/article.a...=7703

In a way I do feel sorry for her. Not 'cause she's going to jail, she deserves that. But she has now discovered that the Hilton family is not as powerful as the Kennedy family - Ted never did any time.

It's funny how her friends and fans are signing petitions to the Govenator to pardon her. She deserves to go to jail more then most people for all the stunts she's pulled. But now she's gonna have 'street cred' for her next album.

after she was sentenanced to jail I heard that she got behind the wheel of her Bentley, with out a license, and made several illegal U-turns and all this caught on film by the poparazi (sp)

so the latest news is paris hilton got her sentence reduced for 'good behaviour'...what the hell is that all about. she hasn't even been in the cell yet.oh well she's never been known to be able to finish a sentence anyways...

Apparently "good behavior" in the Paris Hilton sense is "showing up for court." That's what her "good behavior" was. Geez. Us normal people are expected to show up for court anyway...must be nice to be treated like a child all the time.

The reality in California is almost no one serves a full sentence for things like this, jails are just too over-crowded. For example, someone sentenced to a weekend, often will show up Friday night, go thru the "processing", and then be released early Sat without ever having actually been placed in a cell. Fortunately I do NOT know this from personal experience!I think Kari nailed it, she's been treated as a child her entire life. Maybe this dose of reality will change her for the better - though somehow I doubt it.
