One question, do your lights dim when the bass hits? I have a Fosgate p325.1 mono amp with 2 10's and a 500k cap, just replaced my battery and my lights dim at cruising speeds when the bass hits...

yea its my life bag if i didnt have it ill die no the purse is my girlfriends, she went inside and didnt take her purse with her, and i forgot to take it out but oh well.mathteacher'04vibe- i have no problems with dimming lights any where, but im also not running on the battery that came with the car originaly either.joholste- yea they are the ones at best buy and ive been plannin on getting them for a while.

*drool* that deck looks soooo nice and the box too. do u have any problems with rattle when the bass is turned up high? I know that I have problems with rattling with just a Moons n' Tunes setup.

yea the rattle is coming from the license plate and the cover for the license plate. but once i trun it higher i cant here the rattle .but the rattle dosent bother me at all.

double sided tape will fix that....slip some under the plate cover...voila...works greatthose Subs look mean too......smile..very very nice

More than likely you need to get a 1f, that's all I have for my 500W PG amp and 10JLW7. No dimming here.

I guess it is a .5 farad cap. It came in a Scosche wiring kit from WalMart for $70. I guess I had better save up and get a bigger cap. I really do not want to shell out the big bucks for that alternator--aren't they like $250 +?
