someone just recently did that at one of the quick trips in town! the 3rd time it's happened nonetheless! this time they even hit the counter and moved it back.

This gives new meaning to "drive thru's"! In Ohio there are drive thru beverage stores, pretty cool and more states should have them IMO!

that would be right here in ontario....our beer stores are called 'the beer store' and are government run....i vote for thirsty.

Who says LCBO anyway???so very true!remember when you had to fill out the form at the desk a the liquor store and they would go into the back to get your order?the beer store used to be similar too..you'd order your beer and he'd call it over the PA and then a minute or 2 later your case would come flying out on that cool long roller table....so long ago...

they still use those rollers... and I remember those days. Sure I wasn't drinking beer that far back but when I'd go in with my dad to return the empties for money, we'd drop the box on the rollers and shove them through the curtain. But now you can just get your beer from the back and put it on the rollers and roll right up to the counter.
