I am looking to doing some interior decorating in my Vibe with some momo pedals, shift knobs and maybe a e-break cover. My question is will I have a problem fitting this stuff in?

Ive got the momo shifter knob from a genviber here. Its almost as long as the stock shifter. theres a tiny lil space between the shifter and boot

How about pedals? I saw a set of momo pedals I liked on ebay, does anyone know if I'll have a problem with making them fit?

Shouldn't. I think i've seen one or two vibes with them. They're pretty universal. The shifter is a little bit harder if you have an automatic. Stick should be pretty easy, just twists off.

with auto you have to get an aftermarket shifter with the over drive button and get the two screws out and other fun stuff.

You can get a metal ring-thingy that will attach the shiftknob to the boot.Anyplace that sells momo should also carry this.

If your's is a manual shifter, then just about any aftermarket shift knob will work. If it's an automatic, then you will need to find an aftermarket automatic shift knob with an overdrive button. They're out there, but harder to find. Most aftermarket pedals are universal, meaning they use some kind of clamp mounting hardware, but make sure they are mounted very securely (you don't want a pedal coming off while driving now, do we?).An aftermarket e-brake cover will not work on our cars without serious modification to your center console, so don't even bother.Good luck, and psot pics when you've done your mods!

I had to unbolt the console, rip the stock handle off, put the boot on, reinstall the console, and put the handle on. I think some fitting around where the fitting screws for the handle hit the e-brake shaft would be good to make the handle fit more snugly."Sorry...but when you have to "unbolt the console, and rip the stock handle off", that's getting "serious" for me!!! LOL

Thanks for the information. By the way, my car is manual. I've never seen any of these connectors for sale (boot to shift knob).
