Why Mav, you mean YOU wouldn't let someone you only knew by his first name drive YOUR $1,000,000 Ferrari???Yeah, there are a LOT of holes in his story. AND his car.

Quote »But in fact, Brooks said Monday, the car was traveling 162 mph when it crashed, far faster than the 120 mph originally believed. The Ferrari, with just a few inches of undercarriage clearance, hit a bump at a crest in the road, sending the vehicle airborne and into the power pole, Brooks said.Holy crap! For those of you that have driven the PCH, you know that 162 MPH would be INSANE! He's lucky he didn't fly off the cliff! Quote »"It's straight as an arrow where the accident was," he said. "You really have to go out of your way to hit a telephone pole."Ok, nm...I know what PART of Malibu they're talking about, and no, it's not nearly as bad as I thought it could be. heh.

That's the thing about truly wealthy people, they don't use THEIR money if they can help it...From my original post "a Scottish bank says it might own the destroyed car."

A car worth $1mil is most DEFINITELY insured. If someone can afford a $1mil Enzo, then surely he can afford a $50,000 insurance policy.Quote »"a Scottish bank says it might own the destroyed car." Ahh, that's right. Then I can gaurantee that it IS insured...no way in hell a bank grants an auto loan without requiring insurance.

Yes, even in a million pieces, this Enzo lives... It shall NEVER die! 194 MPH is just fricken crazy! Thankfully he didn't hit anybody at that speed or anything up to that speed, I don't even want to think about that... Give him the chair! The chair! What an idiot...
