Victims Say Naked Man Breaks In, Tickles Them POSTED: 7:55 am EDT July 22, 2005 NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- Police in one Florida community are on the lookout for the naked tickler. Investigators believe one man could be responsible for a series of bizarre break-ins. Victims said a naked man has entered their rooms while they were sleeping and tickled their feet. The naked tickler struck again in New Smyrna Beach this past Saturday and Sunday. Investigators have been working on five similar, unsolved cases since 2001. Most of the victims are women over the age of 60. Officers said they haven't made an arrest yet because they don't have a lot to go on. All right who on the site is this? Drunken?Poopypants?

I object, the witness's (rebbierae's) entire testimony is without merit, is the court really to believe that she can testify to our TV viewing habits simply by our use of courtroom jargon? Everything she is saying is pure speculation. I ask that the witness be dismissed and her entire testimony be stricken from the records.

Objection your honorthe defense is simply looking for excuses to toss out this case, they realise they have a poor chance at winning. The people if given the chance will prove our case with cold hard evidence!*doink doink*
