Technical Service Bulletin.Basically, it's similar to a recall - but without the notification to owners. When the company realizes something is done wrong at the factory -- whether it be a defective part, an improper adjustment, etc., they release a TSB which notifies service departments of the problem. When people come in with those complaints, the TSB is a way of the company saying "it's our fault, we'll fix under warranty."At least that's MY take on it. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
