Nice american Bulldog When i get my house i'm gonna get an american bulldog or a rhodesian ridgeback . Right now got 2 Whippets.Blue 3 yrs, Connor 2 yrs (They are actually brothers from different litters.) Gets pretty annoying cause everyone thinks they are mini greyhounds, or puppy greyhounds... Laughable taking them to the dog park and throwing the ball and watching the other dogs TRY and keep up But you can't help but love those 2 35mph couch potatoes

Current 3 cats:1. Max, Orange Tabby (brother to Morris) 2. Morris, Orange Tabby (brother to Max) 3. Jenny, Gray Alley Cat And sadly, recently deceased at the age of 17:4. Sabrina, Siamese (Yes, that's a cable box she's on. The cat LOVED the warmth of the box. So much so, she actually caused a box to overheat and burn out. Thank god we rent them and didn't have to pay to replace it!) This does not include the 12-15 stray cats we feed, as well as the various forms of wildlife we have, including*fox*opposum*raccoon*bird*squirrel*chipmunk*deer*wild turkeys (yes, no lie, we have wild turkeys parade through occasionally)*turtle*rabbitThis picture shows our wildlife live in harmony: cats, coons, and birds all eat side by side, with no bloodshed! And no, our raccoons aren't nocturnal. They come out in broad daylight around here. Go figure. We breed 'em strange!!!

Cali and Hobbes, names after the Calvin and Hobbes comic strip. They are sisters (cats) and are great together. They also are invisible since I cannot figure out how to post photos to this site.

She isn't really my cat, it's my mom's. The story behind it was that growing up my mom would never allow any pets in/out of our house so my sister and I were void of them (amid consistent bugging ). Now that I don't live there anymore, she gets one but I still get to see this cute thing every so often.Approx. 3-4 month old -- named Tia.

It's kind of spooky this post surfaced again today. It was a sad day for my wife and I today. We have had a border collie mix for about 15 1/2 years, and it was time to put her to sleep today. I have never had to do this myself.....my father or mother took care of these things when I was a kid. I know due to the condition she was in, it was best to put her to sleep, but I feel terrible. We still have a 17 year old cat though.

I'm truly sorry about your border collie, losing a pet is never easy, even if it's understood that it's better that way sometimes.

I'm so sorry cohocarl. My parents are always the ones who did that in our family. I guess as kids we don't realize how hard it is on them, until we have to do it ourselves. Your cat will comfort you. Mine always do when I'm upset.
