Paul, I appreciate your hard work to try and get this group buy going, but this guy doesn't seem all that interested in our business. His lame pricing scheme and seemingly unwilligness to be flexible clearly show that. For these reasons, I am opting to remove myself from this group buy.Sorry dude.

It's funny, when i show him that he start to loose are group buy,he start to explain something, but make me no difference. What he write;''Why all the animosity on your forum??? I am not sure why you guys are having such a problem with the GB. The bulbsretail for $50, give or take depending on the color. You will not be ableto find the Luminics bulbs any less than what they are on the SU websiteright now; they come with a 2 year warranty and 2 day shipping on top ofthat. 30 sets of bulbs 10%In this site,it's lot cheaperhttp://luminics.jlbmotorsports.com/50 sets of bulbs 20%Let me try to explain...50 sets of bulbs is a gross sale of $1000. $1000 has to cover:50 sets of bulbsExpress shipping for 50 sets of bulbsPacking and shipping materialsTime to process 50 orders, not cheapThen we got the general over head of the business on top of that...We would be in a different situation if the items were $500 a piece10-20% off $500 is $50-100, which is much more significant. I hope this clears things up. Like I said, prices are going up soon so youmight want to get the ball rolling.''

Honestly, $25 for these -- if they do last -- isn't a bad price. $3 off that only makes them better. I just went ahead and bought a set, but I'm still in for a two more sets (H4 & 9006 hyper white) at the GB price (-$3). After getting to know "xenon" bulbs, it's a good idea to have a backup set handy in case one burns out early.POLO, would you please ask him to give us details on their 2-year warranty? The website only states 1-year, but when you click on the link, it says 60 days...which one is it??PS I'm not saying there's scam potential here, but I find it interesting that the blue bulbs are $10 more. My guess is that most ricers prefer the blue look, so they figure they can get more for them? Surely the blue film coating on the bulbs doesn't COST them $10 more per set...unless I'm missing something.

Maybe you'd have a better shot at this BG by just working with Luminics direct? this place you're working with sounds like a distributor, who's already had to pay likely $15-$18 per unit, so they'd be losing most of their markup/profit by selling for any less than $20 each set. Luminics might be able to arrange something with better pricing.

What happend to the other guy? Remember, Luminics will not honor their warranty if bought through JBL. They require the original receipt when sending in bulbs for warranty claims.Having said that, I'd pay $15 for a set of hyper whites from JLB. They're already listed for $18-$19 a set.
