The Toyota parts website I use doesn't let me in anymore. But a dealer parts counter can help you out. Mine always checks my numbers anyway.

If you have an active leak at the pulley, you might also need to replace the pulley. A failed seal has a wire that will dig a groove. I tried sanding out the groove as I saw in a post here but that didn't work.

This page
https://parts.olathetoyota.com/oem-part ... dhcw%3D%3D
says the crank seal for an 05 matrix XR (1ZZ) is Toyota part number 90080-31049

can't find a number for a crank position sensor O-ring

Used 90311-40020 for the crank seal and 90301-07001 for the CPS O-ring on my '05 Vibe—both fit fine.

thank you guys for your help. my mobile mechanic did this job with some aftermarket seal a couple years ago . This time we,re hoping a toyota oem seal will fix it. The pulley itself did not need replacing back then. Recently he looked for the leak and put his hands behind the pulley He could not feel any leakage there.

I spoke to Monkey Wrench Racing up in Michigan. They told me they sell OEM Toyota parts. They searched and found it listed as crankshaft sensor Seal instead of o-ring. Their stock number for it is= SKU:QRP-15330-220RR. it may read = VVT or VVL solenoid seal , . It,s something like 3 or 4 dollars. Their price for the crankshaft seal was about 40% of my local Toyota dealers prices.
