Here's a tip. when I had my 06 vibe, 1.8L. the OEM factory filter would not budge. I bought an oil filter wrench top from walmart, the factory filter would not budge. then I put a paper towel on the factory filter, applied the filter wrench to it, and this provided enough "grip" to get the...

I'm not sure how the 2.4 Liter treats spark plugs, but if they are irridium. I'm gonna run them to 100k as well.

thanks for the info. I double checked the dipstick, it does say WS on it. I exchanged the T-IV and I bought 4 qts of toyota WS fluid. I used a torx t-55 bit to get the trans plug out. 3.5 L to refill and I just test drove the car. The vibe shifts like new now. I'm looking to get 250K miles out of th...

Hello,I just joined this site. I bought a used 2009 Pontiac vibe, 40k miles, 2.4L, 5 speed shiftable auto trans last month. I was about to put toyota T-IV fluid from the dealer yesterday until I pulled the transmission dipstick. The transmission dipstick says "WS" on it. The 09 pontiac vib...
