I got it!!! I just needed to find the right position. Like I said I'm a big guy so it's difficult for me to get into tight places. I was seriously working on that fuse for a half an hour, I couldn't fit my head and my hand/arm under there at the same time, so I couldn't watch what I was doing.

I didn't know there was a fuse puller under the hood so thank you for that. I was just wondering if there is a trick to changing it. I know how to do it, I just can't GET TO it.
