I also have the Base Vibe and me too I have been suprised when I see there's no remote for the liftglass or for the back door.I read it about it in the "brochure" too before have got my Vibe.Do you think we would be able to have a power door in aftermarket piece ???

No, I don't sleep in it... The AC outlet is very practical for the pump of my pneumatic bed.Tip: If you do not have a carpet in the cargo space, and in the back of the rear seat, place a wool blanket. The plastic is very easy to hurt with your camping gear(cooler, etc..)

it's seem to have paint in the same colour of the boby under the tape.

I noticed that the black surrounding the windows on the doors was black tape instead of paint. The tape is slightly wrinkled up at the corners and it overlaps on the back door. I have th eBase model with auto. transmission. I got to work in traffic each day. Thay why I choose the auto.

My dealer first said that it will take 6 weeks. But, they recall me after 3 week to said...YOu car will be ready in may !! I will give my opinion in my After purchase survey !!But, I am pretty happy to have my Vibe !! I have now 1300 Km at the counter. Great car !!

YES, the DVD can play movie !! Here in Canada, a TV show organised a rally for 10 days in the Vibe (a kind of survivor) ... and as a gift for winning a step, they can listen a movie !! (excuse my english...i'm french... not stupid)

I have ordered my Vibe, Shadows, Automatic in the last week of february. I receive the confirmation Friday that my Vibe is built and ready to go to my dealer. I hope to have it in 2 week... because California - Quebec(canada), is long.
