No. The wipers were turned off when I turned off the engine.

Windshield Wiper does not work -Front - 2010 Vibe
On a road trip in my 2010 Vibe in a major rainstorm with everything working normally. Highway extremely wet and heard a sound like water dripping in the back of the car so pulled over to check it out. Turned off the engine, found nothing so started the car. The front windshield wipers would not star...
