FS: Custom Bra, fits 2010, probably others

I bought this Custom front end cover from "LeBra" company back in early 2010 but I never seemed to get around to installing it. It was a custom order for my 2010 Vibe. I expect it would fit other years and models. It's in the original box, I took it out just to look at it and put it back i...

Re: (j42.snyder)

I'll bet that's it. The dealer just recently did the recall work, and the parts were up on the "shelf" right where I'd put them if I were doing the work. I'd forgotten that involved a vacuum hose. The engine is still too new to identify which part they put in, but there are no open vacuum ...

Re: Name that Part... (CaptTom)

Here's another photo. I tried searching that part number and came up empty.

Name that Part...

These two parts were "found" under the hood of my 2010 Vibe. There was no obvious leak of coolant, oil, or any other fluid. The hose did not smell like anti-freeze, or strongly of anything else. I'd just completed a 2,000 mile drive with nothing out of the ordinary observed. The A/C, heat,...

How to access antenna conections 2010 Vibe

Anyone know the best way to get at the connections for the FM and XM radio antennas (antennae?) without ruining anything? Looking to get at the end plugged in to the antenna, not the end plugged into the radio.

Thanks for the tip on Rocky Mountain Wheel, they had the best prices on eBay. But they (and several other sites I found) only display generic pictures. Theirs shows a mustang. Does anyone have a pic of the LeBra that goes on a Vibe? Id' like one that covers the front bumper & front of the hood, ...

Source for aftermarket roof rack & bra

Two things I'd like to add to my new (2010) vibe are:1) A roof rack that mounts in the OEM holes or slots (not a generic one-size-fits-all).2) A "bra" (protects front bumper and front of hood from minor damage).Anyone have good luck with buying these from aftermarket vendors? If it's not a...

I did the snip this morning. 100% effective. I'm sooooo much happier now that *I* have some say as to when the lights come on!

Re: (J_TO_ENVY)

Update: Yesterday morning was foggy, and there was a 4-5 minute backup heading in to work. The lights cycled off and on three times. The guy in front of me must have wondered what the heck I was trying to signal! That's the last straw. The blue wire will be cut!

Re: (J_TO_ENVY)

Thanks, I think I'll give it a try. I found the wire today, exactly as advertised, and it should be a very simple fix. I'm still thinking about whether I want a switch or not, and if so, where I'd mount it. I like the pic above, that looks pretty professional.BTW, I prefer this approach over disconn...

Re: Power Door Lock Question (jumbo)

I'd like to know if there's any way to change the mode on a 2010.The '05 instructions don't work. I'd like the choice of which mode to use. I prefer what's labeled as "Mode 2" above. It seems to be set in "Mode 4" as delivered.I didn't see anything about changing modes in the man...

Re: (lowincash)

Just got my 2010 Vibe on Thursday. This forum is great!Anyone know if this works on a 2010?I have to make this modification. I find the DRL annoying, but the inability to turn off the headlights at night is absurd. My biggest reason is that I have to drive through manned security gates almost every d...
