Re: (NibCrom)

Thanks - looks like I will need to get some. I drive a lot in winter and can't risk it. I haven;t driven without snow tires in many years. Thanks for the link to the web site with the resales - I'm checking them out.I also looked at the Canadian Tire cheaper ones - there are still some available in m...

Handling in winter without snow tires?

Can anyone comment on how the Vibe handles in winter without snow tires? I live in Ontario Canada and winters can be varied - heavy snow, no snow, freezing rain etc. I have always used snow tires but have not been able to find any at a price I can afford right now for my 2009 Vibe. My old wheels won...

Re: 2009 2.4 litre winter wheels (kowell)

Thanks thats good to know before I buy used one. Just talked to the dealer about the light. I get my tires changed when I go in for the oil change /rotation package and he said they will reset the senor at no extra charge. He said they valves cost $100 per tire and no one gets them. Re: (MountainMax)

I need to find this out too. I have the upgraded engine but not the GT model. It has the 16" tires. On the GM site it only shows the base Vibe (which I have) having the 5x100 bolt pattern. If it has the 5x114 I might be able to use my old Grand Am snow tires as they are 5x114.Pat

Re: '09 Vibe 1.8L winter tires and rim (jackw)

I'm in the same position. I have the 2.4 l engine with the 16" wheels. I have snow tires from my 2004 Grand Am but I think the bolt pattern on them is 5x115 so they won;t fit. I have a chance to get a set of used winter tires on rims - they are bolt pattern to fit up to the 08 vibe and have the...
