Have you done it? I've read where a few people have went in and cut the #12 wire, but still haven't had time to locate the harness and either disconnect it or cut the wire.

I called the Pontiac dealer that I bought it from, my girlfriend bought one at the same time and hers and mine center caps all fell off.
